Troubleshooting common login & app issues
Uphold Login not working / Unable to login
If you can’t sign in: clear browser cache, try an incognito window, or reinstall the Uphold Live App. Reset your password from the login page if you suspect credential issues.
Error connecting Uphold account
Network interruptions, VPNs or browser extensions can block connections. Try a different network and temporarily disable extensions. If Ledger or other hardware wallets are connected, ensure their firmware and companion apps are updated.
Can't verify Uphold wallet / verification declined
Verification typically requires identity documents and a selfie. Upload clear, unedited images and ensure the name and address match official documents. If verification fails repeatedly, consult the Uphold® Help Center for the exact document list.
Uphold App not working & 2FA issues
If the app crashes or 2FA is lost, use recovery codes or the account recovery process. Note: if you also use a hardware wallet like Ledger®, consult the hardware vendor for 2FA device guidance.

Begin recovery at the official support pages: Uphold® Help Center. For password resets use the login page link. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and enable extra security—change passwords, revoke active sessions and enable 2FA.
